December Ikebana …Floral Friday

Ikebana is an artform.

It can also be a spiritual practice.

The Japanese art of flower arranging is simple but not at all is it easy.

In a meditative state of mind, the elements of design simply fall into place.

Traditionally, Ikebana are designed to harmonize with the time of year.

These are three of my efforts for late fall and early winter.
