April Starters …Floral Friday

Welcome to a new month, already.  No, I don’t have an April Fools’ gag.  You probably will be exposed to enough of them from other people, today. What I do have for you are some humble, quick studies in springtime accents.

Traditional good looks, happen almost at the snap of the fingers. It doesn’t get more simple than to place a solitary hydrangea globe into media within a vintage Japanese pottery planter.

A large, department store jardinière inspired a generous collection of tropical growth.  I let my imagination freely ponder what a person might find in a rainforest location.

Number Please.  A small, vintage telephone wallpocket is the party to which a bright, little collection of blooms interact.  I like the contrast between dark, rich browns and bright primary colors.

TimmuThe Blue Jay of Happiness quotes Mark Twain. “The First of April is the day we remember what we are the other 364 days of the year.”
