Late Spring Projects …Floral Friday

Plants with their flowers have grown more substantial and rich this time of year in North America. With that in mind, I decided to play around with stronger containers, too. This week’s projects reflect a more bold approach to composition than usual.

A Nemadji swirl-glaze vase has inspired a Native American vibe for the floral elements, as well. Deep orange and yellow elements evoke the Great Plains during the warmer months.

A small, sturdy USA Pottery Art Deco vase contains a fiery themed collection featuring a spider mum and grasses.

The visually strong cobalt blue and cones frosted glass vase supports a selection of mature blooms.
