Larger Haeger Vases …Floral Friday

On the spur of the moment, I decided to wash some vases to use this week. Three of them are a bit taller than the containers I usually utilize for Floral Friday arrangements. They also happened to have been manufactured by Haeger Pottery Company. Their larger sizes meant that I could work with bigger floral elements for a change, too.

The burnt-red Ewer vase compliments red flowers and other tropical elements to make a warm statement.

The rust color tulip vase is a sturdy vase for a trio of assertive sunflowers. This will serve as a floor display in the kitchen.

I decided to create an all fire-orange arrangement, just because it’s my favorite color. Why not? big, shaped feather blooms have been paired with orange paper flowers for a groovy late 1960’s look.

The Blue Jay of Happiness quotes billionaire investor and hedge fund manager, Ray Dalio. “It’s more important to do big things well than to do small things perfectly.”
