Fords And Florals …Floral Friday

A couple of scale model vehicles needed a clean-up this week, so a small, soft-bristled paintbrush was put to use. After the two Fords were clean again, I decided to use them as props for this week’s Floral Friday.

A potted succulent and greenery arrangement is anchored in a burnt-orange USA Pottery container. The 1955 Ford Crown Victoria completes the picture.

The black McCoy car planter supposedly depicts an antique Ford roadster–perhaps a Model Y? Some perky succulents are rooted in it for some mobile fun.

A bountiful bowl of variety is the latest centerpiece project. The Ford Model A pickup truck stands by with its cargo of oil.

The Blue Jay of Happiness quotes Henry Ford. “If there is any one secret of success, it lies in the ability to get the other person’s point of view and see things from that person’s angle as well as from your own.”
