I had been in the mood to tinker with my car this week. However, the weather conditions were too hot and humid to my tastes. I’ll take care of the washing and detailing later on this month. Then I remembered the pottery automotive replicas stored away in the basement. Three of them would suffice to tick the car category and yield Floral Friday fun at the same time.
The midnight blue classic Ford F-1 pickup was manufactured for Teleflora as a gift item. Three succulent plants and a faux flower accent fill the truck bed with a cheerful cargo.
The whimsical VW Beetle convertible made by an unknown company is an ideal planter for a solitary cactus.
A spiky succulent plus a hen-and-chick go for a spin in a classic Ford Mustang convertible from the Teleflora collection.
Ciao
The Blue Jay of Happiness likes this quip from an anonymous automotive commentator: “If you don’t look back at your car after you park it, you own the wrong car.”
This is a clever way to combine interests
…and fun too.
These plants get around in style.
They’re upwardly mobile. 🙂
These brought a smile! They must have been fun to make.
Car vases are some of my guilty pleasures.
