I often like to create floral projects that reflect a non-floral artifact. When the projects are finished, it’s fun to display the end results with the objects that inspired the concepts. We have three arrangements with their inspirations this week.
An antique glass candle holder supports an opal sphere. The Haeger footed planter contains a collection of succulents and exotics.
The Japanese made, Buddhist statuette adds calm to the Japanese-influenced modern Ikebana.
The near antique “Baby Ben” alarm clock indicates that it’s time to utilize a near antique McCoy roadster planter. The succulent and a cactus appear to be out for a drive.
Ciao
The Blue Jay of Happiness pairs some pithy wisdom from anthropologist/philosopher, Herbert Spencer, with today’s floral photos. “Hero-worship is strongest where there is least regard for human freedom.”
Wow, these are pretty!
Thank You
